What sort of wood do you sell?

We only sell well seasoned and legally sourced firewood, most of our wood has been seasoned for 5-15 years.

 

 

Do we get the right volume of wood?

we build our firewood cages OVERSIZE  to make sure you get more than you pay for. Our firewood cages are approx. 20% larger than they need to be. you will get more than you pay for.

 

 

Are you members of the Australian firewood association?

yes we are, our membership number is #046

 

 

What about moisture content?

All of our wood is dried to the requirements of the Australian firewood association. All of our wood has between 15-20% moisture content. 12% is as low is it can get.

 

 

what days do you deliver?

6 days a week, from 6a.m to 6p.m

 

 

what is the size of your wood?

Our wood is split to a standard size of approx. 250-350mm in length. Most of our pieces resemble the size of a loaf of bread.

 

 

do you stack the wood?

no, our wood is tipped from the back of a truck or ute and left in a neat pile.

 

 

How much should i buy?

most of our customers order between 2 - 6cm3 per season (1-3 tonnes), off course this depends on how cold you home is and your choice of wood.
